Information regarding the Valencia CF Ordinary General Assembly
Valencia CF reserves the right to access to the Ordinary General Assembly, held this Thursday, December 16th at 10:00am at Mestalla, to shareholders with voting rights who are holders of a minimum of 3,598 shares -either their own or delegated to them- and who have requested the credentials to attend.
It is totally forbidden to use complete or partial audio or video, or reveal the occurences of the Assembly publicly, both during and after its celebration.
Valencia C.F. S.A.D. reserves the right to take legal action in this regard.
In order to provide information required by the media and fans, Valencia CF will offer text material and photos with a summary of the Assembly after its completion.
